Shearwater receives a monthly retainer of $5,000 for these services. In addition, commissions are payable on all new business generated during the period of the contract. Commissions are paid when fees are received for as long as the business remains on the books. Shearwater would have exclusive arrangements with no more than two other investment managers for the duration of the contract with your firm.
