Shearwater Systems, LLC is an 8(a) Program certified, Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned Small Disadvantaged Business. We are a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak Island, Alaska.

Established in 2008, Shearwater was accepted into the SBA 8(a) and SDB programs in August 2011, with an exit date of August 2020.
Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Anchorage, AK, our Environmental Services Field Office is in Milford, OH, and our Government Services Division is in Manassas, VA.
Shearwater is an emerging specialty consulting firm focused on providing innovative strategic planning, project development, and environmental services support to commercial, government, and non-profit clients with a strong focus in the renewable energy and natural resource management sector of these areas:
